Mission Statement

Deacons must be totally committed to Pastor Ballard and the First Family.  Deacons are to support the Ministry and to address the needs of the Congregation.

Commitment

As a Deacon of Christian Fellowship Family Worship Center we are committed to the following:

• Impacting generations by the authority of our vision and by being an example along the way.
• Be committed. (2 Wednesdays, 3 Sundays and Special Ministry Events)
• Stimulating personal growth by developing and empowering from within.
• Capitalizing on our strength of ethnic diversity and teamwork.
• Leaving a legacy of hope and promise to future Deacons.
• Operate the ministry professionally and efficiently.
• Supporting Pastors initiatives, physically and financially.
• Accountable for our every word and action.
• Be a role model in the way we serve and in everything we do.
• Treating each other with dignity and respect.
• Support Christian Fellowship Family Worship Center Ministries to achieve their potential.
• Provide the best servant leadership programs.
• Increase communication and information.
• Establish/Maintain monthly contact with all Male New Members for 6 months.  (At least One phone call per month)
• Prepare for Baptisms.  (Fill the pool the Saturday before and make sure all have what's needed)
• Responsible for reviewing and validating Benevolence Request.
